HISTORY
In 1250 C.E. the Tak'Cha were present on Minbar when Valen delivered his "Times to Come" speech on Mount H'Leya. Overcome with awe, the Tak'Cha were the first non-Minbari race to join in the coming Shadow War. They were also the first to distort Valen's teachings to suit their own warlike culture. The Tak'Cha took it upon themselves to punish those races who would not join Valen — or, as they named him, Z'ondar. The Yolu were among their victims. For these actions, Valen banished them from his army; yet the Tak'Cha remained loyal to Valen and the distorted memory of his words.

Redemption became a major cultural theme as the Tak'Cha took it upon themselves to continue to serve Z'ondar through their good, yet ultimately perverted, works. In 2260, they discovered the remains of Babylon 4 orbiting the world Ende X'Ton.
